Leave of Absence without loss of pay and without loss of seniority will be granted to three (3) employees who are representatives of the Union on the Union’s Bargaining Committee to carry on negotiations with the Employer. After three (3) "without loss of pay" days per bargaining committee member, per round of negotiations, under Article 2.10 (c) the leave will be granted without pay.
