Time Clocks. The Employer shall provide time clocks to employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they actually start and finish work Section Every reasonable effort,consistent with good business and efficient operations, shall be made to schedule a work week consisting of forty hours for as many senior employees as possible. Time Clocks. It is understood and agreed that the Town retains the exclusive right to institute use of a time clock or other such device or procedure to insure compliance with scheduled working hours. LICENSES: Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of any license mandated by the Town as a requirement for a particular job classification, when receiving a passing grade, including the cost of the Massachusetts Commercial Drivers License (CDL), but not including a Class III Mass. Drivers License. All employees hired after July 1, 1993 will be required to possess a Mass. CDL within the employee’s probationary period. Loss of Mass. CDL for a period in excess of seventy-five (75) days of those employees hired after said date may result in suspension with loss of pay and benefits. Employees shall punch their own time at the time they commence and finish work. Employees who another employee's time shall be subject to disciplinary action including discharge or suspension. DURATIONAND RENEWAL This Agreement shall be from November until October and shall remain in force thereafter year to but either party may, not less than sixty (60) days before the expiry date, or renewal date of such Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof. During the period of negotiations resulting from any of the provisions above, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
