Time Clocks definition

Time Clocks means copy-protection mechanisms, or other security devices which may deactivate Products after termination or expiration of the Agreement, any applicable Subscription Term or any applicable renewal term.
Time Clocks means any time clocks, copy-protection mechanisms, or other security devices embedded in the Software which may deactivate the Software after expiration of any applicable subscription or termed license period.
Time Clocks means those certain time clocks as more particularly described on Exhibit W.

Time Clocks. To keep your pool in top condition, the water must circulate. This helps to prevent algae and cloudy water from forming. Time clock settings will be recommended and must be adhered to. If time clock settings are not followed, we will need to increase your service rate or discontinue service.

Time Clocks. The Employer shall provide time clocks to employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Time Clocks. It is understood and agreed that the Town retains the exclusive right to institute use of a time clock or other such device or procedure to insure compliance with scheduled working hours. LICENSES: Employees will be reimbursed for the cost of any license mandated by the Town as a requirement for a particular job classification, when receiving a passing grade, including the cost of the Massachusetts Commercial Drivers License (CDL), but not including a Class III Mass. Employees shall punch their own time at the time they commence and finish work. Employees who another employee's time shall be subject to disciplinary action including discharge or suspension. DURATIONAND RENEWAL This Agreement shall be from November until October and shall remain in force thereafter year to but either party may, not less than sixty (60) days before the expiry date, or renewal date of such Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof. During the period of negotiations resulting from any of the provisions above, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
