Leading Hand Allowance. A person appointed as a leading hand shall be paid at the rate of the undermentioned hourly amounts above the hourly rates of the highest classification supervised in accordance with the number of persons supervised. In charge of not more than one person $0.38 per hour In charge of two and not more than five persons $0.83 per hour In charge of six and not more than 10 persons $1.06 per hour In charge of more than 10 persons $1.41 per hour
Leading Hand Allowance. A person specifically appointed, in writing, by the Company to be a leading hand will be paid for all- purposes, which will increase in line with wage escalations. Leading Hand Per Week In charge of not less than three (3) and not more than six (6) persons $30.00 In charge of more than six (6) and not more than ten (10) persons $38.00
Leading Hand Allowance. An employee specifically appointed by the company as a Leading Hand shall be paid as provided hereunder and this amount shall form part of the employees all purpose rate:
Leading Hand Allowance. Where employees are appointed by the employer to be in charge of other employees the following allowances shall be paid: $ Per Day Where in charge of 2 – 9 other employees $10.00 Where in charge of 10 or more other employees $15.00 The leading hand allowances referred to above shall be taken into consideration for all purposes of this Agreement.
Leading Hand Allowance. Where employees are appointed by the Company to be in charge of other employees the following flat payments shall be made per shift worked in such capacity: Number of Employees $ Per Shift Worked When in charge of 2 - 9 other employees $10.00 When in charge of 10 or more other employees $15.00 For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no industrial action taken by the employees or relevant Union bound by this agreement in relation to the quantum of the leading hand allowance.
Leading Hand Allowance. 1-10 employees = $35 per week. 10 + employees = $55 per week.
Leading Hand Allowance. An employee specifically appointed by the employer to provide leadership to a work crew and who has completed the requisite Project leadership training program shall be paid an additional $50.00 per week which shall form part of the employee’s weekly all purpose wage.
Leading Hand Allowance. A Leading Hand is one who is directed to control, supervise and take responsibility for the work performed by two or more Employees.
