Leave for Relatives of Military Personnel. Each employee who has a relative stationed in a military war zone (declared or undeclared) or in an area designated as a “police action” shall be granted, upon request, up to five (5) days of leave with pay per school year. This leave is in addition to any other applicable leave granted by the Agreement. This leave may be used upon deployment, return from deployment, leave during deployment, or any combination thereof.

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.
