Child Care Services includes the care, custody, control, supervision, and guidance of a child for compensation for periods of less than twenty-four (24) hours but more than one-half (1/2) hour per day in a licensed facility.
Child Care Services. SECTION 1. This article applies to employees covered under the CMLA as described by the FLRA.
Child Care Services. The Child Care Provider agrees to supply the necessary daily care to the Child(ren). Such daily care shall include, but not be limited to, constant supervision, viewing social engagements, promoting good behavior, and any of the following extra services: (check all that apply) ☐ - Changing Diapers ☐ - Providing Snacks/Food/Meals ☐ - Other. . Hereinafter known as the “Child Care Services”.
Child Care Services. Backup child-care services will be provided on the same basis as it is provided to non-Union employees.
Child Care Services. Stepping Stones Academy agrees to provide a space at Stepping Stones Academy for each child listed at the end of this Agreement under the designation, “children”, and to provide certain services as described below:
Child Care Services. The Contractor shall dedicate a minimum 30 percent of the CJTA funds for innovative projects that meet any or all of the following conditions: An acknowledged evidence or research based best practice (or treatment strategy) that can be documented in published research, or An approach utilizing either traditional or best practices to treat significantly underserved and marginalized population(s), or A regional project conducted in partnership with at least 1 other entity serving the RSA service area such as, the AH-IMC MCOs operating in the RSA or the ACH. Services that can be provided using CJTA funds are: Brief Intervention (any level, assessment not required); Acute Withdrawal Management (ASAM Level 3.2WM); Sub-Acute Withdrawal Management (ASAM Level 3.2WM); Outpatient Treatment (ASAM Level 1); Intensive Outpatient Treatment (ASAM Level 2.1); Opiate Treatment Program (ASAM Level 1); Case Management (ASAM Level 1.2); Intensive Inpatient Residential Treatment (ASAM Level 3.5); Long-term Care Residential Treatment (ASAM Level 3.3); Recovery House Residential Treatment (ASAM Level 3.1); Assessment (to include Assessments done while in jail); Interim Services; Community Outreach; Involuntary Commitment Investigations and Treatment; Room and Board (Residential Treatment Only); Transportation;
Child Care Services. The Developer will identify and contract with qualified childcare providers in order to offer high quality and affordable childcare to the Developer’s employees. The Developer will endeavor to establish relationships with these providers to obtain reduced rates for its employees.
Child Care Services. The Child Care/Daycare agrees to provide the following needed care to the child(ren). Such care will include, but will not be limited to, encouraging good behavior, constant live adult supervision, age- appropriate instruction, encouraging participation in social activities, and each of the following additional services: (mark all that apply) Providing meals/snacks Changing diapers/assisting in bathroom breaks Other: . Child Care Services. 18.2.3.2 At a minimum thirty percent (30o/(I) of the CJTA funds may be used for special projects that meet any or all of the following conditions:
