Office Visit Clause Samples

The "Office Visit" clause defines the terms and conditions under which one party may visit the offices or premises of the other party. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as advance notice, permitted times for visits, and any security or confidentiality protocols that must be followed during the visit. For example, it may specify that visits are only allowed during business hours and that visitors must be accompanied by a staff member.
