Benefits Paid Clause Samples

Benefits Paid. For claims occurring on or after February 9, 2014, the weekly benefit shall be two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00). Effective February 1, 2015, and until the termina- tion of this Agreement, the weekly benefit shall be two hun- dred and thirty-five dollars ($235.00).
Benefits Paid. The amounts recognized in the state- ment of financial position, including the net pension and other postretirement benefit prepaid assets or accrued liabilities and any intangible asset and the amount of accumu- lated other comprehensive income recog- nized pursuant to paragraph 37 of SFAS No. 87, as amended.
Benefits Paid. This insurance applies to expenses for the treatment of pregnancies and nonoccupational accidents and sickness. Payment of benefits for you or a covered dependent will begin when the deductible explained below has been satisfied.
