Group Management Clause Samples

Group Management. Users are assigned to groups and these groups are assigned to queues, thus managing which agents answer which interactions. Groups can be assigned to more than one queue. Within the group management interface, you can assign one or more agents and rate those agents for the group skill from one to five stars. This skill rating determines the order in which agents within this group will be offered interactions. If agents have the same skill rating calls will be distributed to the longest idle agent. You can also determine whether agents are automatically made available when they log in and active across all queues that this group is assigned to.
Group Management. Initially, all Work Groups will be managed in a traditional sense with the Supervisor retaining group management responsibilities. As the Bushing Work Group completes training for problem-solving, decision-making, group management, scheduling work, and accounting it will begin taking on those responsibilities. The other Work Groups will continue to be managed more traditionally through a supervisor, but may increase the employee participation in the management of the Work Group as mutually agreed by the Work Group and members of the Plant Council, after evaluating the effectiveness of this approach in the Bushing Work Group. It is understood that the twenty (20) hours per week given to the Union President for the performance of Union business (see Article 6) is intended to cover all his normal functions, such as attendance at Plant Council meetings, training as a Union official, answering employee or retiree inquiries, investigating grievances, etc. In this connection, the parties recognize that, in contrast to the 1994-96 contract, these functions no longer include a formal daily tour of the plant.

Group Management. When a user is created with the permission restricted access mentioned above in Section 2.1.3 of this Specifications and thus assigned to one or more groups, this user can only access resources within those groups. The manage groups section, available to administrators or group administrators, shows a list of created groups within the account and allows to view, create, edit, or delete the groups. A group allows to include resources such as users, unpaired Devices, assets, and geofences. A resource can be added to multiple groups, in which case the members of all groups can see and access the resource. A group can contain an arbitrary number of subgroups, in which case it is referred to as a parent group. The parent group always has access to all resources within its own subgroups. Across the Nexxiot Connect Intelligent Cloud, if available, a subgroup can be selected, limiting the visibility and accessibility of the resource to that subgroup and its parent group. If a group is not visible, neither the group and its composition can be viewed, nor are the resources therein accessible. A group can be created with the following visibility settings: ▪ Non-public (default): The group is not visible to other groups and its resources are not accessible to other groups, except for its parent group. ▪ Visible to all groups: The group is visible to all other groups. ▪ Visible to some groups: The group is visible to a selected number of groups. Groups can be created with a name, a description, and a color, allowing to distinguish groups more easily within the list of groups in this section.
Group Management. The Group Concept is very important in WorldCard Enterprise. In theory, every piece of data belongs to a certain group and each user may have access to one or multiple groups. For groups to which they have Full Control access, users can store data into the database under that group. The database administrator can define each user’s access to other groups such as read and write permissions. From the MIS Tool toolbar, select the RUN/Group Management option to create, update or delete user groups. The group forms the basis of data sharing. You can set up groups based on departments or projects, with personnel belonging to the same group shar- ing access to the data contributed to the group.
Group Management. Administrators can manage the composition of assigned groups through the Group Management tab. New groups can be created, edited, and deleted. Group members can also be assigned and reassigned to new groups.
Group Management. Multiple computers and generic equipment can be managed by grouping them. All computers and generic equipment can be added to a group and moved between groups. Users can click Add Group on the toolbar to create a new group. Or click the Add Group item to create a new sub-group from the context menu of a selected group. Enter the new group name and click OK to add a new group. You may have sub-groups but a duplicate name is not allowed.
