HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES. 13.01 In the event of employees sustaining injuries at work, or becoming affected by occupational diseases during the course of their employment and becoming physically handicapped, as a result thereof, every effort will be made by the Company to give the handicapped employee such suitable employment as is available.

HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES. 16.01 In the event of an employee sustaining injuries at work or becoming affected by occupational disease during the course of his employment and becoming physically handicapped as a result thereof, every effort shall be made by the Employer to give the handicapped employee such suitable employment as available.
HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES. 14.01 (a) - In cases where employees are permanently physically diminished or incapacitated, following a sickness or accident, the primary goal is to return the injured worker to the pre-accident job. To this end, the Company will make every reasonable effort to effect appropriate modifications as may be necessary, so the employee can perform the duties of the job.

The Union will have the right to meet with Management to discuss and attempt to arrive at an equitable wage rate for such work. The same consideration will be entertained on behalf of senior employees who have work difficulties.
HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES. There shall be a Modified Work Committee comprised of an equal number of representatives from the Company and from the Union. The parties agree that, until the Modified Work Programme is in place, no employee will be accommodated outside the scope of his regular duties without prior mutual agreement between the parties.

HANDICAPPED EMPLOYEES a) It is recognized by the Union and the Company that from time to time problems may arise regarding the placing of handicapped employees on jobs. Accordingly, it is agreed that where such situations arise, the Company and the Union will discuss and attempt to agree on positions for such employees. Where is it mutually agreed to place such employees on certain jobs, they may be given preference in such classifications. However, should a handicapped employee become physically fit again, he shall be removed from the preferred list. The lay-off provisions of this Agreement shall apply to handicapped employees.
