Billed charges definition

Billed charges means charges for services provided to a member that a hospital includes on a claim consistent with the rates and charges filed by the hospital with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).
Billed charges means the amounts of Charges billed by the Servicer.
Billed charges means the non-discounted schedule of charges for services that the health care provider would use to invoice a patient for services rendered.

Billed charges means the amounts billed to Customers pursuant to the Charge, whether billed directly to such Customers by the Servicer or indirectly through a Third Party pursuant to Consolidated Third Party Billing. “Bills” means each of the regular monthly bills, the summary bills, the initial bills and the Closing Bills issued to Customers or Third Parties by LIPA.
