Skilled Nursing Facility definition

Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.
Skilled Nursing Facility means a nursing facility, regardless of what is called, that:
Skilled Nursing Facility means a facility or distinct part of a facility that is licensed by the state where it is located to provide Skilled Nursing Care instead of Hospitalization and that has an attending medical staff consisting of one or more Physicians.

Skilled Nursing Facility means that term as defined in section 20109 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20109.

Inpatient skilled nursing services must be provided on a 24 hour basis, 7 days a week.
