General Eligibility Criteria. A. Dual enrollment is an acceleration program that allows students in grades six (6) through 12 to take post-secondary coursework and simultaneously earn credit toward high school completion and college coursework.
General Eligibility Criteria. A teacher who received an evaluation rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year is not eligible for any salary increase and remains at their prior year salary. Factors and Distribution Plan for 2021-2022: $6,000 increase to the 2020-2021 base salary. This salary increase is based upon the following two factors: (1) the teacher receiving an effective or highly effective evaluation rating for the previous school year, which factor shall constitute $4,500 of the total salary increase, and (2) the teacher earning an additional year of experience (defined as having worked during the prior school year for a minimum of 60 days), which factor shall constitute $1,500 of the total salary increase. The increase in base salary attributable to the experience factor is less than 50% of the total base salary increase in accordance with Indiana law. The 2021-2022 Salary Range is $44,000 - $77,735 before base salary increases are applied. After the base salary increase, the salary range will be $49,000 - $83,735. 2022-2023

No full-time classroom teacher (instructs students at least 50% of the workday) is earning less than forty thousand dollars ($40,000) in compliance with I.C. 20-28-9-26. New hires hired in at BS-0 in the 2021-2022 school year, who were hired prior to the ratification of this contract will have their salary adjusted upward by $5,000. In addition, in the 2021-2022 school year, new hires, hired prior to the ratification of this contract, who had previous teaching experience may have their starting salary adjusted upward, at the discretion of the Superintendent, by $5,000. If an evaluation is not completed for a teacher who worked for at least 60 days than that teacher’s most recently completed evaluation will be used as a basis to receive that year’s negotiated salary increase.
General Eligibility Criteria. Community Foundations, Local United Way Chapters, and Direct Service Providers who have complied with CV’s basic ethical and operational vetting process will be listed on CV’s website so that donors may access their respective websites to donate. In order to be listed on the CaliforniaVolunteers website as a potential destination for monetary donations, organizations must meet all of the following requirements:  Provide proof of standing as a 501(c)(3) organization.  Identify the designated geographic service area and counties served for the purpose of receiving and distributing disaster donations and specify that service area/counties on its website.  Provide proof that appropriate fiscal controls and standards will be enforced in the management of the funds. An example of this is the most recent copy of an audit that complies with the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133.  Ensure that disaster-donated funds will be used for meeting the community needs of the specific event.  Certify the organization has a general plan or strategy for the timely dispersal of disaster-related donations.  Certify the organization has a disaster plan/Continuity of Operations Plan to demonstrate that the organization will be able to carry out this function in their community after a disaster impacting the community.  Agree to have a website with a “web widget” that makes it easy for the donor to identify the disaster and provide the opportunity to donate within 24 hours of the disaster being proclaimed by the State or this Strategy being implemented by the Chief Service Officer or designee.  Immediately notify CaliforniaVolunteers in writing when the organization no longer meets the eligibility criteria or chooses not to serve as a Grantmaking Organization or a Direct Service Provider. Such notification must be submitted to CaliforniaVolunteers, Disaster Volunteering Department, 000 X Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.  Have a staff member identified (other than the Executive Director) who will serve as the key contact.

Returning teachers that satisfy the evaluation factor also advance 1 level on the salary schedule for the 2021-22 school year based on satisfaction of the evaluation rating factor. Academic Needs 1: All eligible teachers hired prior to the 2020-21 school year will advance one additional level on the salary schedule in 2021-22. Academic Needs 2: This salary increase for meeting academic needs will be differentiated by teacher and will range between 2% and 18% of the particular teacher’s base salary as agreed by the parties during bargaining.

The election change must be due to and correspond with the change in status. An employee who receives notification of a work location change between the end of an open enrollment period and the beginning of the next insurance year, may change their health or dental plan within thirty (30) days of the date of the relocation under the same provisions accorded during the last open enrollment period. An employee or retiree may also change health or dental plans in any other situation in which the Employer is required by the applicable federal or state law to allow a plan change.

  • Funding Eligibility Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code, except as exempted under that Chapter, HHSC cannot contract with an abortion provider or an affiliate of an abortion provider. Contractor certifies that it is not ineligible to contract with HHSC under the terms of Chapter 2272 (eff. Sept. 1, 2021, Ch. 2273) of the Texas Government Code.

If such corporation or association publishes reports of condition at least annually, pursuant to law or to the requirements of the aforesaid supervising or examining authority, then for the purposes of this Section the combined capital and surplus of such corporation or association shall be deemed to be its combined capital and surplus as set forth in its most recent report of condition so published. In case at any time the Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section, the Trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.08.

  • ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS The eligibility conditions specified in Adoption Agreement Section 2.01 are effective for Plan Years beginning after _______________________.

  • Eligibility Requirements for Trustees The Trustee hereunder shall at all times be (i) an institution insured by the FDIC, (ii) a Corporation organized and doing business under the laws of the United States of America or of any state, authorized under such laws to exercise corporate trust powers, having a combined capital and surplus of not less than $50,000,000 and subject to supervision or examination by federal or state authority and (iii) acceptable to the Rating Agencies. If such Corporation publishes reports of condition at least annually, pursuant to law or to the requirements of any aforementioned supervising or examining authority, then for the purposes of this Section 8.06, the combined capital and surplus of such Corporation shall be deemed to be its combined capital and surplus as set forth in its most recent report of condition so published. The Delaware Trustee hereunder shall at all times have its principal place of business in the State of Delaware and shall satisfy the applicable requirements under the laws of the State of Delaware authorizing it to act as the Delaware trustee of the Trust. In case at any time the Trustee or the Delaware Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section 8.06, such trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.07.
