Experience Factor. Credit for up to five (5) years of experience shall be given. This experience must have been under a paid contract and must have been at a similar level to that of the position in the Dublin City Schools. Two (2) years of experience at a lower category level shall be given one (1) year of credit at a higher category level. (For example, each two [2] years as an assistant coach shall count as one [1] year of experience as a head coach.)

Experience Factor. ‌ Each Faculty Member completing a year of satisfactory service and not otherwise prevented by conditions of this Contractual Agreement shall receive a one (1) year advance in the Faculty Member's "experience factor" through the final fiscal year of this Contractual Agreement.

Experience Factor. 1. Full experience for previous teaching, whether in or out of state, will be counted in placing new teachers on the salary schedule.
Experience Factor. A 0.1% experience factor will be added to the percentage listed in the Schedules D, E, G, and H salary index table for each year of District experience in that given activity. For the duration of this agreement, the fixed base, which includes the Licensed Staff member’s share of the TRS retirement contribution, will be $35,309.
