Experience Factor. Credit for up to five (5) years of experience shall be given. This experience must have been under a paid contract and must have been at a similar level to that of the position in the Dublin City Schools. Two (2) years of experience at a lower category level shall be given one (1) year of credit at a higher category level. (For example, each two [2] years as an assistant coach shall count as one [1] year of experience as a head coach.)
Experience Factor. Each Faculty Member completing a year of satisfactory service and not otherwise prevented by conditions of this Contractual Agreement shall receive a one (1) year advance in the Faculty Member's "experience factor" through the final fiscal year of this Contractual Agreement.
Experience Factor. Upon satisfactory documentation of prior experience in a given supplemental area, a teacher may receive up to five (5) years credit on the supplemental index. Five (5) years of credit may only bring the teacher to Step 5 of the index. Such documentation must be provided to the Treasurer one month prior to the start of the supplemental duty.
Experience Factor. The experience factor of .2% shall be applied to all years of experience, including the current year, in the Eau Claire System. Year-for-year experience may be granted to persons from outside the Eau Claire System at the discretion of the Administration.
Experience Factor. For each employee hired during term of this Agreement the wage rate established at the time of appointment will include consideration for credit for prior experience. For credit purposes, experience be to the duties of the position and additional to experience which represents qualifications of the appointee for duties and position. The maximum and shall be equivalent to "A Rate" for the position to which is appointed.

Experience Factor. Initial placement on the salary guide will be non-negotiable and shall be determined by the Board and new employee considering among other things his/her prior experience.
Experience Factor. 1. Full experience for previous teaching, whether in or out of state, will be counted in placing new teachers on the salary schedule.
Experience Factor. A 0.1% experience factor will be added to the percentage listed in the Schedules D, E, G, and H salary index table for each year of District experience in that given activity. For the duration of this agreement, the fixed base, which includes the Licensed Staff member’s share of the TRS retirement contribution, will be $35,309. The experience-adjusted percentage will then be multiplied times the fixed base to determine each individual position’s salary.
Experience Factor. One percent (1%) of the administrator’s base salary shall be added for each year of administrative experience in Holland Public Schools, up to a maximum of 10% for 2009-2010. Administrators new to the District will start at 0%, except that the Superintendent may use his or her discretion to allow credit for prior experience, if necessary to entice the candidate to the District. An administrator from within the District who is moving to a new administrative position will retain his/her experience credit for salary calculation purposes.
