New Domicile Clause Samples

The New Domicile clause establishes the right or requirement for a party to change its legal residence or place of incorporation to a different jurisdiction. In practice, this clause may specify the conditions under which such a change can occur, such as obtaining consent from the other party or providing advance notice, and may outline the effects on the agreement, like updating addresses for service of process. Its core function is to provide flexibility for parties to adapt to changes in business strategy or legal requirements, while ensuring that the contractual relationship remains valid and enforceable despite a change in domicile.
