Geographic Service Area definition

Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
Geographic Service Area means the entire area in which a recipient is authorized to provide public transpor- tation service under appropriate local, state, and Federal law.
Geographic Service Area means the area within the state of Oregon where a CME is approved to provide developmental disabilities services. The geographic service area for a CDDP is the county.

Geographic Service Area means the geographic area within the county boundaries in which the CMHP operates.
Geographic Service Area means the geographic area over which a licensee is entitled to transmit signals pursuant to an FCC License or Underlying License. In the case of site-based licenses in the Educational Broadband Service and Broadband Radio Service, this area is bounded by a circle having 35 mile radius and centered at the stations’ reference coordinates, which was the previous protected service area to which incumbent licensees were entitled prior to January 10, 2005, and is bounded by the chords drawn between intersection points of the licensee’s previous 35 mile protected service area and those of respective adjacent market co-channel licensees.

For purposes of an expansion of an existing agency, the geographic service area shall consist of an individual county or any combination of counties which have an unmet need and which are within any planning area in which the home health agency already provides service; however, in no case may an existing home health agency apply to provide services outside the health planning areas in which its current geographic service area is located.
Geographic Service Area means the area covered by the Cooperative Agreement that includes Carter, Cocke, Green, Hamblen, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington Counties in Tennessee; Buchanan, Dickenson, Grayson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise and Wythe Counties in Virginia; and the independent cities of Bristol City and Norton City in Virginia; as well as any additional counties or municipalities in any state in which the New Health System provides services or operates a facility.
