General Plan. “General Plan” means the City’s General Plan as it exists on the Effective Date, and as expressly amended by (i) General Plan Amendment/Zoning Code Change approved by the City Council concurrently with this Agreement; and (ii) future amendments applicable to the Quarry, if permitted under Section 9.

General Plan. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will develop a General Plan document that functions as a comprehensive framework to guide the Town’s growth and preservation. It includes two main elements: • Future Land Use Map: The General Plan will be centered on a preferred growth strategy that expresses where and how Xxxxxxxx’x Station wants to grow and places that the Town wants to preserve and protect. The growth strategy will define both established and emerging residential areas that must be planned to meet Town needs and community expectations. The map will also address non-residential uses, including retail, office, industrial, and services as informed by the Economic Development Analysis. The preferred growth strategy will include a conceptual future land use map supported by narrative, imagery, and characteristics that define the land use categories. • Topical elements: The comprehensive plan will include a variety of topical elements. For each plan element, we envision providing a statement of intent (topical goal), objectives, and actions (policies, projects, and programs). Collectively, these elements will become the comprehensive plan. Plan elements could include land use, transportation, housing, economic development, natural and cultural resources, community facilities and priority investment. Xxxxxx-Xxxx will include up to four
