One copy of the final engineering plans, specifications signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer, including engineer’s cost estimate, and approved Plan of Operations (if applicable). 2. Signed NRCS-ADS-78 supported by an attorney’s opinion. 3. One copy of the quality assurance plan. 4. One copy of the operation and maintenance plan.

Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. Food products delivered to food banks and/or other food agencies to be distributed in underserved communities. These food products must meet the cooperative agreement standards as follows: locally produced, food-safe, nutritionally sound, culturally appropriate and desired by recipients. Pricing must reflect fair market rates for the products provided. Completion of the Regional Farm to Food Bank application, and other reporting as required by the cooperative agreement partners and their AMS cooperative agreement terms.
Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. All activities covered under this agreement will be considered “Water Resource Projects” as defined in NWPM Part 501.11. The work consists of the performance of any part or all inventories, surveys, preliminary designs, and planning necessary to complete an NRCS acceptable Watershed Plan – EA/EIS. If it is determined, at any point in the planning process, a Watershed Plan - EIS is necessary further discussions must take place to determine the feasibility of the project. Work shall conform to NRCS regulations and policy documents, standards, technical guidelines, and references. NRCS policy documents include, but are not limited to, the General Manual, National Engineering Manual, National Operations and Maintenance Manual, National Watershed Program Manual (NWPM), and Environmental Principles and Cooperative Agreement 68-5322-16-513 Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies (P&G). NRCS technical guidelines include all of the sections in, but not limited to, the National Watershed Program Handbook (NWPH), National Planning Procedures Handbook, National Engineering Handbook, Water Resources Handbook for Economics, National Environmental Compliance Handbook, National Cultural Resources Procedures Handbook, and the National Handbook of Conservation Practices. Technical references include Technical Releases and Technical Notes.
Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. The KICT is designed to be continually be improved/updated through the development of various modules that correspond to the Special Environmental Concerns (SECs) found on the NRCS Environmental Evaluation (CPA-52). The instantaneous result that the KICT provides saves review time from outside agencies and state specialists by focusing those personnel on the projects and plans that could actually be significant. Each module is capable of providing a separate report to a field planner that gives them all the necessary information to comply with policy and documents the investigation for NEPA compliance as it relates to a particular conservation plan. This allows conservation planners a one-stop-shop to complete this portion of the CPA-52 depending upon the number of available modules. Benefits to NRCS and NRCS Compliance include: Time required for routine investigations and returned evaluations will be in most instances instantaneous. This could save incalculable time for field staff and State level specialists. Instantaneous results of conservation planning strategies with the ability to revise practice selection to avoid impacts. Quality assurance is ensured and greater compliance to agency policy and law. Better customer service for landowners so that planners may have more information in the early phases of conservation planning reducing problems and improving planning to avoid potential problems. The state staff specialists, planners and area technical specialists save inordinate amounts of time and energy to locate and review information. More focus is spent on those projects that require a higher amount of scrutiny and less time on the smaller projects that simple straightforward avoidance measures or information is readily available. The ability to account for “unrealized benefits” of installed conservation practices on various resources. These benefits may now be documented to allow field staff to accurately track in their areas and for their own purposes. Field staffs will have greater ability to document benefits to resources in Farm Bill ranking criteria and assign greater funding priority with those benefits. More accurate data is provided to the field alleviating updates and is provided automatically to field planners. Field planners are not required to learn intricate processes that frequently frustrate clients. KICT cuts through red tape and clearly provides information in a readily available and clear format. Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. Deliverables are listed in the Attachment APlan of Work and Attachment BTable of Deliverables. Physical and management measures (activities and/or easements) implemented under covered programs with NRCS assistance shall be consistent with agency policy, unless an “Adjustment of Terms” is requested and approved. Specific activities are expected to include, but not necessarily be limited to those specific deliverable items called out in the Attachment B – Table of Deliverables.

I have examined and certify that this request is correct for payment.” o Requests for Reimbursement shall be no more often than every 30 days for the period this agreement is in force o Requests for Reimbursement shall be submitted via email to an address given. o Warrant that the technical services provided: • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Tribal and local laws and requirements; • Are consistent with the conservation program goals and objectives in the agreement • Incorporate, where appropriate, low-cost alternatives that would address the resource issues and meet the objectives of both the program and program participants for which assistance is provided. • Be subject to the same rules and regulations that apply to NRCS and other USDA employees when using Government owned property or equipment.

Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. This project features a strong and diverse partnership that focuses on four priority resource concerns heightened by the state’s drought including insufficient water, water quality degradation, soil quality degradation and inadequate habitat for fish and wildlife in Sonoma County. For a list of the specific objectives and deliverables, please see Attachment CPlan of Work and the full project proposal. The results will be provided in performance reports as listed in Attachment B - General Terms and Conditions, Section VII.
Expected Accomplishments and Deliverables. RCPP-funded and partner contribution-based deliverables are listed in the Attachment B. RCPP- funded activities implemented under the framework of this PPA must comply with applicable agency policies, including applicable NRCS conservation practice or activity standards and specifications and must comply with all applicable technical and administrative requirements, including but not limited to planning, environmental, design, and financial accountability requirements. Upon request, NRCS may consider waiving policy based (non-statutory) requirements, if NRCS, in its sole discretion, determines that doing so would result in equal or greater conservation benefits consistent with RCPP purposes and the objectives of this PPA, would not create an undue administrative burden, and would not unduly contribute to actual or perceived perceptions of inequality or unfairness among similarly situated partners or producers. Partner contributions are not necessarily subject to these same requirements unless directly associated with RCPP assistance or Attachment B explicitly identifies that such requirements apply.
