Funded Activities definition

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 of these Conditions; Funding Period means the period for which the Grant is awarded starting on the Commencement Date and ending on [INSERT]; General Data Protection Regulations and GDPR means (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); Grant means the sum or sums the Authority will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 4 of these Conditions and subject to the provisions set out at paragraph 25.

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 (Funded Activities) and Annex 1 (Grant Offer Letter);

Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; Funding Period has the meaning given in the Grant Offer Letter; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

Examples of Funded Activities in a sentence

• The Authority will take into account the Grant Recipient’s delivery of the Funded Activities against the agreed outputs set out in Annex 5 by the Grant Recipient in accordance with paragraph 7.2.

• The Grant Recipient will prepare an Exit Plan within 3 months of the Commencement Date which prepares for the smooth closure of the Funded Activities.

• The Grant Recipient shall provide the Authority on request with information and documentation reasonably necessary to assist with the transfer of the Funded Grant Funding Agreement Activities to the Authority or to a successor body, including any documentation required to support any bidding process for the provision of the Funded Activities.

• Funded Activities The Programme has been designed to enable YOTs to work flexibly with early help systems and services in their locality.

• The Grant Recipient will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that a transition of responsibility for the delivery of the Funded Activities to the successor body or the Authority, as the case may be, minimises any detrimental effect on the delivery of the Funded Activities and the Authority will use all reasonable endeavours to co-operate in such transfer.

More Definitions of Funded Activities

Funded Activities means the activities set out in Annex 2 of this Agreement;

Funded Activities shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1 of this Agreement. "Grant Funds" shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1 of this Agreement. "Term" shall have the meaning given in Section 1.1 of this Agreement.

Funded Activities means the Project-related activities set out in Annex A of this Grant Agreement;

Funded Activities means any and all activities, efforts and services performed in furtherance of the research, discovery, development, commercialization and exploitation of Product, including the purchase of materials, general and administrative expenses, corporate infrastructure and corporate overhead.

Funded Activities means the activities described on the Front Sheet

Funded Activities means the Project Activities included in the Project; Funding means the funding payable by the Lead Authority to the Project Deliverer for the Eligible Expenditure incurred by the Project Deliverer in performing the Project Activities in respect of the Project Deliverer’s Project;
