Underserved Communities Clause Samples

The "Underserved Communities" clause defines and addresses the needs or considerations of groups that have historically had limited access to resources, opportunities, or services. In practice, this clause may specify targeted actions, funding, or outreach efforts to ensure these communities benefit from a program or initiative, such as prioritizing grant allocations or mandating inclusive participation. Its core function is to promote equity by explicitly recognizing and remedying disparities faced by underserved populations.
