Custom Deliverable means the Work Product that Contractor is required to deliver to DTS under this Contract.
Maximum Deliverable Number means, on any date, with respect to the Common Stock, the product of the Firm Share Base Amount plus the Additional Share Base Amount (if any), multiplied successively by each number by which the Exchange Rate shall have been multiplied on or prior to such date pursuant to the adjustments provided for under Section 6.1 of the Purchase Agreement. The Maximum Deliverable Number of Marketable Securities means, on any date, the product of (i) the Firm Share Base Amount plus the Additional Share Base Amount (if any) and (ii) the number of Marketable Securities received by the Pledgor in the Reorganization Event for each share of Common Stock, multiplied successively by each number by which the Exchange Rate shall have been multiplied on or prior to such date and after the date of such Reorganization Event pursuant to the adjustments provided for under Article VI of the Purchase Agreement.
Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.
Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.
Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to and including the date that is fourteen calendar days after (a) the Scheduled Termination Date; (b) the Grace Period Extension Date if (i) Grace Period Extension is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, (ii) the Credit Event that is the subject of the Credit Event Notice is a Failure to Pay that occurs after the Scheduled Termination Date and (iii) the Potential Failure to Pay with respect to such Failure to Pay occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date; or (c) the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date if (i) the Credit Event that is the subject of the Credit Event Notice is a Repudiation/Moratorium that occurs after the Scheduled Termination Date, (ii) the Potential Repudiation/Moratorium with respect to such Repudiation/ Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Scheduled Termination Date and (iii) the Repudiation/ Moratorium Extension Condition is satisfied.
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
service delivery agreement means an agreement between the Municipality and an institution or persons mentioned in section 76(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.
Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.
The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent:
Delivery into consignees store or to his site means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.
Company Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.
TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
Nonconforming sign means a sign or sign structure, other than a nonstandard sign or a sign that is erected and maintained in a business area along a scenic byway prior to the designation as a scenic byway, that satisfies 1 of the following:
