Necessary information shall include the loan amount, interest rate, repayment date, name and address of the Borrower, rating, the Loan Agreement and any ancillary information, including annual accounts and such documents that are requested in conjunction with such a transfer and that are usually submitted in this context to the latter.
Necessary information has the meaning specified in Section 5.20(c).
Necessary information means such information as EAL Management require from third parties in order to complete a meaningful Generic Risk Assessment
