Irrigation System. Lessee is responsible for the day to day operation, adjustment, maintenance and replacement of the sprinkler heads on the automatic irrigation system. Lessee shall run water through each zone on the system and visually inspect each sprinkler head at least twice a month to ensure proper operation of sprinkler heads. Lessee shall replace sprinkler heads with heads of the same make and type, unless a different sprinkler head is approved by the Parks Division Manager or his designee. Lessee is responsible for maintenance and repair of all lateral irrigation piping. In lieu of Lessee being charged for water usage for irrigation of the Premises, each irrigation system shall be connected to City’s central control irrigation system. Connection to the central control irrigation system will be performed by the Rapid City Parks Maintenance Division. All maintenance and changes to a specific watering program shall be performed by the Parks Department water managers, and Lessee may request modifications through email to the Parks Department Office. At the time of execution of this Agreement, the email addresses for the Parks Department staff are xxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx and xxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.

Irrigation System. The Association shall control the irrigation system throughout the entire community. No owner/resident is permitted to adjust, modify or otherwise tamper with the locked residential irrigation controller mounted on the house exterior or any related irrigation appurtenances on the house lot. Willowbend must conform to the County’s Water Efficient Landscaping Regulations, therefore unauthorized tampering may be subject to both County penalties and Association fines. Xxxxx levied against residents may include, but not be limited to, contractor costs to re-set and/or repair the system, incidental excess water consumption charges, added wear and tear on water well equipment and plant and turf replacement costs etc.
Irrigation System. No modification to the irrigation system will be allowed without prior notification to the Parks Division Manager and will be at the expense of the User. The City will provide User with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which User shall use for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the User would like a radio, User should contact the Parks Department. The radio shall be returned to the City at the time of system winterization. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, User shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. In lieu of User being charged for water usage for irrigation of the Premises, each irrigation system shall be connected to the City’s central control irrigation system. Irrigation System. The irrigation inspection and repair consists of all the following areas: Xxxx Point Harbor, Aliso Beach Park, including Aliso Inland, Salt Creek Beach, including Bluff Park, Selva Parking lot, Capistrano Beach Park. All beach access way irrigation is included. Beach access way irrigation systems are located at West Street, Table Rock and Thousand Steps.
Irrigation System. If CONTRACTOR chooses to install, use, or upgrade an irrigation system, water usage amounts, times and method of delivery must comply with Consumptive Water Use Permit No. 20006813.005 as issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The CONTRACTOR will maintain the entire irrigation system in a workable condition at the CONTRACTOR’S expense. This will include power units, xxxxx, pumps, mainlines, control structures and under tree lines and jets. This includes but is not limited to normal damage caused by freeze and lightning and other natural and manmade causes. The CONTRACTOR will require each tree to have at least one workable jet to insure sufficient irrigation. The CONTRACTOR will require preventative maintenance on power unit according to its schedule and at the CONTRACTOR’S expense. Fuel and air filters will be changed annually. Oil and oil filters will be changed according to manufacture recommendations every 5 months or 200 run hours, whichever comes first. In the event of a power unit or well failure through no fault of the COMMISSION, The CONTRACTOR will assume the responsibility for replacement within a reasonable time period.
Irrigation System. CONTRACTOR agrees to monitor all automatic irrigation systems as to proper frequency and duration of supplemental watering pursuant to the schedule set forth in Exhibit "B". CONTRACTOR will promptly notify OWNER of any knowledge it has of any malfunction or damage to the irrigation system. The cost of any repair will be billed by the provider and paid directly by the OWNER. Should it be determined that damage is caused solely by the negligence of CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR shall repair such malfunction or, if unable to repair such malfunction or damage, pay for the cost of such repair. Cost may be paid directly by CONTRACTOR or deducted by OWNER from payment due CONTRACTOR.

This assessment will provide a detailed breakdown by site of the repair work required. • The ASA shall ensure that the Irrigation Systems are always maintained in good working order and operating condition and notify the Parks Superintendent if a contractor should be called for any repairs needed, they are not able to perform. • The ASA will maintain the rain delay system in working so that sprinklers do not continue to operate during periods of heavy rain and delay the ability of players to resume normal play.

Irrigation System a. Contractor shall maintain the entire irrigation system to include all components from connection at the meter (controllers, remote control valves, gate valves, main and lateral lines, and sprinkler heads) in an operational state at all times.

Adjust heads to reduce spray on buildings, sidewalks or other non-landscaped areas. Irrigation System. City shall use its best efforts to maintain and operate the golf course irrigation system in its current state. Upon receipt of the Irrigation System Audit, City and District shall confer and agree upon the best course of action for the long term maintenance and repair of the irrigation system. Neither City nor District have any obligation for the long term maintenance and repair of the irrigation until agreed to in writing.
