Plan of Operations definition

Plan of Operations means the documents and information the Company shall submit in accordance with section IV(f)(2), Appendix II, and applicable FCIC procedures.

More Definitions of Plan of Operations

Plan of Operations means the plans required under 82-4-335 through 82-4-337 , MCA, including the reclamation plan defined in 82-4-303 , MCA, plus the approved operating, monitoring and contingency plans required in an application for an operating permit.
