Alcohol Service. Alcohol services is prohibited unless approved in writing by the School District no less than 10 business days prior to the date of use. No internal School District groups may serve alcohol on School District property (including school, School District, or PAC groups).
Alcohol Service. ● YORK FORM allows CLIENT(S) to choose their own alcohol licensed alcohol service. YORK FARM only allows use of a licensed bartending service. An onsite security personnel is included in the event rental from 9PM-12PM. ● Alcoholic beverage service must end no later than 11 PM, no exceptions. ● Alcohol may not be served to minors. If it is suspected that alcohol is being served to minors, YORK FARM withholds the right to suspend alcohol service and report to authorities. ● At any time, if YORK FARM deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff and event planner has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises. ● The CLIENT(S) is responsible for any fines from authorities resulting from alcohol consumption. ● Violation of the Alcohol Policy will result in termination of the CONTRACT and eviction. Rental fees and damage deposit will not be refunded.

The Tribe will continue to comply with the conditions of the Tribe’s current ABC Conditional License, dated November 1, 2017, as renewed annually; which are attached and incorporated herein. Any violations that are incurred by or promulgated by EVENT SPONSOR, its agents, employees, or contractors of any policies of PADUA or PADUA Catering regarding alcohol, shall be grounds for IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ALCOHOL SERVICE at the sole and absolute discretion of the bar supervisor of PADUA Catering or shall be grounds for the immediate modification to the Agreement (i.e. restricting access to a certain location of the Facility). In the event of the suspension or termination of alcohol service by PADUA Catering, PADUA and PADUA Catering shall have no liability for loss of revenue or other damages. EVENT SPONSOR shall assure that no conduct or activities during the Event violate any ordinance or law related to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages. EVENT SPONSOR represents that they have read and agree to comply with the conditions of sales and service of alcoholic beverages. If alcohol is served in any form (even with utilizing a one-day non-profit permit), the Community EVENT SPONSOR must acknowledge and consent to all of the conditions of the on-sale alcohol license as listed below:

Selling of Mixed Beverages by LESSEE Any LESSEE who intends to sell mixed beverages to their invitees during the rental period of the Xxxxxx xx Xxxx Civic Center shall comply with all requirements under Chapter 28 of the Texas Alcohol Beverage Code. Providing Beer, Wine, and Mixed Drinks to your invitees for free Any LESSEE who intends to give away beer, wine, or mixed drinks for free to their invitees are not required to obtain a TABC permit. All LESSEEs who intend to give away alcoholic beverages are required to speak with an agent/and or representative of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission to ensure that they understand what the State of Texas defines as an alcoholic beverage being considered “truly free.” Once the LESSEE has spoken or met with the TABC, the LESSEE will fill in the verification contained in this contract which acknowledges they have been advised of the laws concerning providing alcohol for free, and based on their due diligence, they represent that no permit is required. LESSEE shall provide that all beverages which are sold, served, or consumed be in aluminum cans. Glass bottles are allowed only with the expressed written consent of LESSOR.
Alcohol Service. All alcohol service must be purchased from and provided by the liquor license holder for the CSC, and comply with applicable liquor laws. When serving alcohol, the license requires that non- alcoholic beverage service also be made available. Additionally, no alcohol may be removed from the CSC. Alcohol service must end fifteen (15) minutes before the stated end of an event. The OSHP and the liquor license holder reserve the right to confiscate any alcoholic beverage brought onto the CSC from an outside source. Outdoor Guidelines All policies regarding reservations, payments and responsibility for indoor spaces apply to all outdoor venues as well. Outdoor events must remain in the reserved CSC designated space. All tents must be rented through a CSRAB-approved service provider. No equipment is permitted to be tied to the building, monuments or other permanent structures on the CSC. Depending on the size of an outdoor event, the CSRAB reserves the right to assess additional charges for equipment and staffing. Cancellations for outdoor space and/or equipment due to inclement weather should be made as soon as possible (please refer to the cancellation policy on page 4). The CSRAB reserves the right to delay, postpone, relocate, and/or cancel any event and/or equipment reservations due to weather conditions, health and safety concerns, or as otherwise consistent with the O.A.C. and Ohio Statehouse Outdoor Events Rules and Restrictions document. Ability to relocate indoors is subject to the availability of inside spaces. Statehouse Tours Tours may be requested in conjunction with a wedding ceremony and/or reception by indicating the request on the Pre-Event Form. A $40 fee per tour guide will be assessed for tours scheduled outside the normal business hours of the Ohio Statehouse Museum and Education Department.
