Guest Count. Guest agrees that the premises shall be occupied by no more than the number of people paid for and stated herein. Maximum number of guests is 6 (six). Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Absolutely no overnight guests are allowed. Occupancy by more than the stated number of guests will result in the termination of the rental and the forfeiture of all rental fees and deposits. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival if you cabin guest count changes.
Guest Count. The Guest shall provide an accurate and final guest count to Nightbird no later than noon (12:00p.m. PST), two (2) business days prior the date of the Event. Event charges shall be calculated by Nightbird and paid by Guest based on the guaranteed guest count, or actual guest count, whichever is greater. Equipment & Rentals Additional charges shall apply should the Guest require special equipment or rental equipment for the Event (i.e., audio visual equipment, special table needs, etc.). The Guest must notify Nightbird of any special requests no later than two (2) weeks prior to the date of the Event. Service Charge A service charge for the Event shall be added to the final xxxx in the amount of twenty percent (20%). The San Francisco employer mandates surcharge will also be added. Guest Count. Final guest count shall not exceed the number specified in this Agreement without prior approval of the Library meeting room reservation coordinator (“Coordinator”).
Guest Count. If Caterer charges are based on the number of guests attending, the guaranteed number of guests for the Event shall be set forth in the Booking. Client agrees to provide a final Guest Count no later than ten (10) business days prior to the Event Date. For multiple-day events, Client shall provide the final Guest Count to Caterer no later than thirty (30) days prior to the first Event Date.
Guest Count. Client shall provide Restaurant with the number of guests not less than three (3) business days prior to the Event, which number is not subject to reduction when calculating charges for the Event and in no event shall the total guest count exceed the room capacity of Restaurant. Absent such notification, the number of guests set forth in the Agreement shall be used for such purposes. Should Client’s actual guest count exceed the guest count provided, Restaurant will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such additional guests, subject, however to the availability of seating capacity, staffing, food, drink and other necessary items. Client recognizes that in the event the room capacity is exceeded, the overcrowding may create a potential health and safety issue for Client, Client's guests and Restaurant, its employees, other guests or invitees or the overcrowding may interfere with the operations of Restaurant, its employees, other guests or invitees. Client agrees that in the event the capacity is exceeded, Restaurant, in its sole and absolute discretion, may suspend and/or discontinue the Event, in which event, Client shall remain liable for amounts owing hereunder.

Xxxxxxx guest confirms that at least one guest, who will be at the Cottage throughout the rental period, is at least 25 years of age, or older.
Guest Count. AER requires final guest count with final payment, 14 days before event. If extra guests unaccounted for arrive, Customer agrees to pay AER $50 per guest (less bar). If guest/employee ratio becomes too high, AER has the right to terminate the event immediately. Guest Count. As a rule of thumb, 20% of the invited guests will be unable to attend. This number will be your guaranteed guest count when booking your event in order to reserve the appropriate amount of space to accommodate your guests*. Providing a final guest count is the responsibility of the host and must be submitted 14 days prior to your event date. You will be charged for the final guest count or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. Once the final guest count has been submitted, it is not subject to reduction. Guest Count. Our catering depends on the fact that any event we undertake is separately planned, purchased and cooked. This does mean, however, that we have to have very strict terms regarding numbers.
