Designated Areas definition

Designated Areas means the CJS Areas of:
Designated Areas means the entirety of the enclosured area measured in square feet without regard to any portion of the enclosed area that does not or will not contain cannabis plants.
Designated Areas means those areas designated as such in accordance with Schedule 22 (Location and Site Licence) to this Agreement.

Designated Areas. The Program Manager designates the following neighborhoods as belonging to the equity focus areas:
