The Permit Holder may be required to provide wristbands or ultraviolet stamps, to help identify persons over the age of 21, at events that have a bar set up with bartending services. Alternative non-alcoholic beverages and food should be made available. Bartenders/caterers must clean up any beverage spillage and must remove empty bottles and cans, during and after the event. At the bar, all alcoholic beverages must be poured and served in cups; cans or glass bottles are not allowed. Alcohol and soft drinks in a glass bottle for individual consumption are not allowed.
