Any failure to comply with Birthright Israel Onward’s Program rules and restrictions may result in consequences to you, including but not limited to disciplinary measures as set forth in this document, at the sole discretion of the Program Organizer and/or Birthright Israel Onward, up to and including immediate dismissal from the Program. If such a decision is made, the participant shall bear all costs connected to the cancelation/change of a flight and/or other associated costs of the Program.
