No Alcohol. The Lessee must not:
6.5.1 serve, sell or provide to persons; or
6.5.2 consume or allow persons to consume; alcoholic beverages on the Premises without the Council’s consent.
No Alcohol. No alcoholic beverages, cans, bottles or glass containers of any kind shall be brought on the Premises.
No Alcohol. All food and drinks must remain in rented room.

No Alcohol. No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the Facility.
No Alcohol. The Occupant shall not consume alcoholic beverages within the marina except on private Vessels or on licensed premises where consumption of alcoholic beverages is not prohibited by law.
No Alcohol a. Guests cannot consume alcohol within the shelter or within the immediate locality of the shelter venues.
b. Drinking within or around the location of the shelter will result in an immediate warning or ban.
c. Full cans or bottles may be surrendered to Venue Coordinator/Shift Leader on entry to the shelter for return the following day when the Guest leaves – this DOES NOT APPLY to any shelter at the Salvation Army where no alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time or in any form.
No Alcohol is allowed for sale in any vendor space. Anyone found dispensing liquor in their vendor space may be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit the vendor fee. The local authorities will be notified.
No Alcohol. Alcohol is strictly prohibited unless an exception is granted in writing, and additional fees paid, 60 days prior to the event. The Big Red Barn reserves the right to end any event at any time if deemed unruly, inappropriate, hazardous, or in violation of venue rules. Renter is responsible for any additional cost or damage incurred. Setup, Clean-up. Renter is responsible for all set-up, clean-up, breakdown, and disposal of all decorations, food, drinks, and trash. All trash removal from the premises is Xxxxxx’s responsibility and must be done directly after conclusion of event. The venue is not responsible for any lost, broken or damaged items client has obtained through rental companies, caterers, vendors or personal items the client themselves and or the client’s guests brought onto the premises. Renter is fully responsible for items brought onto the premises and/or items provided by venue for use during event.
No Alcohol. The Lessee must not permit or allow persons to consume alcohol or alcoholic beverages on the Leased Area without the Council’s consent.
