Outside Source Sample Clauses

The Outside Source clause defines how information, materials, or services provided by third parties, rather than the contracting parties themselves, are handled within the agreement. Typically, this clause clarifies the responsibilities and liabilities associated with using or relying on such external sources, and may specify requirements for approval, quality, or compliance. Its core function is to allocate risk and set expectations regarding third-party contributions, ensuring that both parties understand their obligations and protections when outside sources are involved.
