Date of Use definition

Date of Use means the date on which a motion picture is released on compact devices or theatrically, or first exhibited or broadcast on free television, pay television or cable television.

A beach wheelchair is available for free use to accommodate (only) individuals with physical limitations that impair their ability to safely access the beach. Dangers exist for the user & operator when using the beach wheelchair in or close to the ocean. • Immediately notify Recreation Staff of any accident or injury involving the beach wheelchair. • While in their possession, the beach wheelchair is the full responsibility of the user who shall ensure it is properly used & secure. The user shall clean the wheelchair prior to its return. • The City shall charge the user for any damage, destruction, or loss to the beach wheelchair incurred while it is in the user’s possession. The replacement value of the manual beach wheelchair is approximately $4,000, and the self- powered wheelchair is approximately $12,000. • The user shall provide a valid credit card & driver’s license as a security deposit.
