Alcoholic Beverage Service. (a) The Club operates a full bar selling beer, wine, and liquor drinks, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, during Standard Operating Hours.

Alcoholic Beverage Service. The sale and service of distilled spirits incidental to food service is allowed in the C-E District if a Use Permit is granted by the Zoning Adjustments Board (ZAB) in accordance with required findings as specified under BMC 23.310.020. Alcoholic beverage service is also regulated by BMC 23.310.020(D) for Special Use Standards. This section requires the City to make all of the "Public Convenience or Necessity" findings if an existing establishment has an ABC license of the same type, other than beer and wine service incidental to food service, within a 1,000-foot radius of the project site. As shown in Figure 3, there are two other existing Type 47 ABC licenses within 1,000 feet of the project site, these licenses are held by: Xxxxxx & Co. at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxx Restaurant at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Therefore, the “Public Convenience or Necessity" findings must be made. In order to approve the Use Permit, the Board must affirm all of the "Public Convenience or Necessity" findings under BMC Section 23.310.020(D) as follows:

Alcoholic Beverage Service. While alcohol consumption is allowed at the facility, alcohol may not be served to minors or anyone appearing to be intoxicated. Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board requires that you have a banquet permit and:  Liquor will not be sold for cash, scrip, tickets or any other manner whatsoever.  This permit is not valid on a liquor-licensed premise while the liquor license is suspended.  All liquor served will be purchased in Washington State from an authorized liquor retailer.  This permit will be conspicuously posted in the banquet area.  Liquor will be served and consumed only in the portion of the premises described.  Liquor will be served only to members and invited guests who are 21 years of age or older.  Legal hours for service and consumption of liquor are 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily.  The event and the premises for which this permit is issued will be subject to inspection by any liquor control officer or law enforcement officer. Upon signing this agreement, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EYC, employees and its agents from any damages, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, which may arise as a result of consumption of alcoholic beverages by the client and any of the client’s guests.
