Approved Service Provider definition

Approved Service Provider has the meaning given in the Act;

Approved Service Provider means a person, entity, organization or association accredited by the Board in accordance with Rule 1:42 and these regulations;

Approved Service Provider or “ASP” means a person approved by the State to provide Easy Business Support Services to Customers.
