Tenant Rules and Regulations. Welcome to your new apartment! Your apartment is your home and should be treated in that respect. Please respect the property of others. Tenant Rules and Regulations. Tenants acknowledge receipt of, and have read a copy of, the "Tenant Rules and Regulations", which are hereby incorporated into this agreement by this reference. Tenant shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of Tenant shall not, disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other tenants of the building or with neighbors, or use the Premises for any unlawful purposes (including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, growing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs, marijuana, hallucinogenic mushrooms, or other contraband), or violate any law or ordinance, or commit waste or a nuisance upon or about the Premises. Violation of drug laws shall be a violation of this agreement and shall be grounds for immediate eviction.
Tenant Rules and Regulations. All Tenant rules and regulations listed are an integral part of this Contract and constitute a condition of Tenants right to possession of the premises. All trash must be bagged, securely closed, and placed in the trash containers. No accumulations of trash inside or outside of the unit are permitted. All Tenants are responsible for maintaining their walks in the winter months, including snow removal and/or salt if necessary, unless otherwise stated in this Rental Contract. Do not use large nails in the walls. Picture hook nails are required or very small pin holes only. No tape is permitted on the walls. If you have a pet, you are required to clean up all dog messes on a daily basis. If this is not done when we do our property checks, you will be notified to clean it up, get rid of the pet and possibly be charged with damages. All Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance, watering the grounds and snow removal at their dwelling, unless otherwise noted in this Contract. Failure to do so will make you financially responsible for the damages to the grounds and subject to termination of the Rental Contract pursuant to law. All Tenants are responsible for upkeep of the premises, both exterior and interior. We expect you to treat this property with care and respect. This includes but is not limited to picking up and disposing of litter around the property, and not storing personal belongings outside. Tenant Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the Tenant rules and regulations annexed to this Lease as Exhibit "D" hereto and, after notice thereof, all reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto from time to time promulgated in writing by Landlord so long as such rules and regulations are uniformly applied to all other similarly situated tenants and occupants of the Building (the "Rules"). Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance by any other tenant or occupant of the Building of any of the Rules, provided, however, Landlord shall enforce the Rules on a non-discriminatory basis, provided, further, however, that if the breach of any such rules or regulations shall adversely affect Tenant's operations in the Demised Premises, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enforce the same. If there is any conflict between this Lease and such rules and regulations, the provisions of this Lease will prevail.
