Any person definition

Any person means any Person who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under direct or indirect common control with such person. For the purposes of this definition, the term "control" when used with respect to any Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person directly or indirectly, whether thorough the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise. Agency/Agencies: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or GNMA, or any of them as applicable.
