Our Property. 7.1 This section relates to all property (including tooling of any kind) and any related information, documentation and intellectual property rights therein: (i) purchased by us and/or manufactured by you pursuant to an Order;( ii) provided by us to you for use in the supply of goods and/or services or for any other purpose; whether or not modified, repaired or replaced (“Our Property”).
Our Property. 12.1 From time to time we may provide you with Property which we think appropriate. You must use only our Property to carry out your duties under this Agreement.
Our Property. This Agreement is a contract for the rental of the vehicle. You are not our agent. You acquire no rights other than those expressly stated in this Agreement. We make no warranties, express, implied or apparent, referring to the vehicle, including any warranty of merchantability or that the vehicle is fit for a particular purpose. We may repossess the vehicle at your expense without notice to you if the vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law or this Agreement. You waive all recourse against us for any criminal reports or prosecutions that we take against you that arise out of your breach of this agreement.
Our Property. 12.1 All documents, materials, hardware and software that we provide to you for use during an assignment, and all information and documents that you produce during an assignment remain our property.
Our Property. Each Card we issue on your Account must be signed by the person named on it, but the Card is and remains only our property. You must surrender each Card to us or anyone designated by us upon demand.

You acknowledge that the Site and Business Partner's sites contain information, data, software, type faces and other material ("Content") that are protected by trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, which are and shall remain the sole property of Alibris, its Business Partners and their licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, delete, add to, publish, distribute or create derivative works of the Content.
Our Property. You must take good care of all parts of the Business Center, its equipment, fittings, and furnishings You use. You must not alter any part of it.
Our Property. All tools, dies, drawings, plans, data, manufacturing aids, testing or other equipment or materials, inventions, technology, trade secrets or other proprietary information, and all intellectual property rights in the foregoing, which we furnish to you, or which is developed or acquired at our expense in the performance of work hereunder, shall be our property. You hereby assign and agree to assign to us, and to cause your employees to assign to us, in each case without additional compensation, all such property. Tangible property will be held at your risk and subject to removal at our written request (in which event you will redeliver such property to us at your expense.
Our Property. You must take good care of and not damage or make any changes to the office, facilities, furnishings and equipment we provide to you or remove any of such furnishings and equipment from the office(s). At the end of this Agreement, you must deliver the same to us in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. If any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) to our property should occur white in your care, custody or control, you agree to pay reasonable repair/replacement costs and to notify us immediately upon such damage occucring, but no later than 8 hours laler. You are liable for any damage caused by you or those in the Center with your permission or at your invitation.
