Parking Permits. Parking permits are required on both the CNM and UNM campus.  CNM: All vehicles parking in free CNM general parking lots must obtain and display a free CNM parking decal, obtained by visiting the Student Activities I.D. office. Free or less expensive off-campus parking may be available, but students must be prepared to walk several blocks to campus.  Credits/Grades: A minimum percentage score of 70 must be earned in all dual credit courses for the credit to be earned at EMHS. One and two credit college classes equal 0.5 credit at EMHS. Three and four credit college classes equal 1.0 credit at EMHS. CNM and ENMU automatically send students’ final grades to EMHS. UNM dual credit students are responsible for printing and submitting their unofficial transcript to EMHS.

Parking Permits. Tenant shall take and pay for nine (9) permits allowing access to unreserved spaces in parking facilities which Landlord provides for the use of tenants and occupants of the Project. During the initial Term (and, if applicable, during any renewal or extension term of this Lease), Tenant shall pay Landlord's quoted monthly contract rate (as set from time to time) for each unreserved permit, plus any taxes thereon.

More Definitions of Parking Permits

Parking Permits. Not more than ninety (90) unreserved Parking Permits (based on a ratio of one (1) permit per one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) rentable square feet in the Premises) to be leased by Tenant, at Tenant’s option and at Tenant’s cost, pursuant to the provisions of Article XXIV below. In the event Tenant leases additional space in the Building, Tenant’s allotment of Parking Permits shall be increased based upon one (1) additional permit for each additional one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) square feet of rentable area leased by Tenant, and in the event Landlord recaptures any portion of the Premises pursuant to Section 8.4 below, Tenant’s allotment of Parking Permits shall decrease proportionately.
