AND OTHER FACILITIES. The Employer shall provide adequate bulletin board space at the worksite, clearly identified for exclusive Union use. A representative of the Union will be given leave to provide to each new employee an orientation of up to (30) minutes. ARTICLE

The Employer will deliver any mail originating from the Union addressed to members in accordance with the Employer's normal internal maildistribution system. A representative of the Union shall have the right to meet with new employees in the em community to make a presentation of up to fifteen (15) minutes. shall be granted leave with pay to attend these meetings.   • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.
