Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

Property Manager means any entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property management services.
Property Manager means Steadfast Management Company, Inc., a California corporation, or another residential rental property manager which is approved by Lender in writing.

Tenant’s liability insurance will (a) include Landlord, Property Manager and the other Landlord Parties as additional insureds with respect to all matters arising out of the occupancy or use of the Premises or Property by Tenant; (b) be primary to any other insurance maintained by the Landlord Parties; (c) be placed and maintained with companies rated at least “A/VII” by A.M. Best Insurance Service or otherwise reasonably satisfactory to Landlord, and (d) include contractual liability coverage.

Property Manager s rental agreement" means a payment arrangement for shelter or utility costs with a property owner, property manager, or landlord that includes all of the following elements:
