Applicable Rules and Regulations definition

Applicable Rules and Regulations means the FCA Rules and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time which apply to the Agreement;

Applicable Rules and Regulations means the constitutions, by-laws, rules, rulings, regulations, customs and usages of the exchanges or markets (including any successor marketplaces) and their clearinghouses, if any, where Transactions in Securities are undertaken and to all laws, regulations and orders of any applicable governmental or regulatory authorities;

Applicable Rules and Regulations shall have the same meaning as defined in Article 2. of this document.

• Unless otherwise specified in Applicable Rules and Regulations or by a condition of a permit issued by the Permit Board, compliance testing must be performed when the stationary source is operating at capacity and is otherwise operating normally.

More Definitions of Applicable Rules and Regulations

Applicable Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning as defined in article 2.2.

Applicable Rules and Regulations means the SCB Rules and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations in force from time to time which apply to the Agreement;

Applicable Rules and Regulations means (i) the Bylaws of the Faculty of Medicine; (ii) the Policies and Procedures of the Medical Practice Plan including the procedures related to the Medical Practice Plan income distribution; (iii) the Bylaws of the Medical Staff; (iv) the Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff; (v) all other policies and procedures of the AUBMC and the University, (vi) the rules and regulations of appropriate agencies, (vii) the decisions of the MPP Committee, (viii) Lebanese law; and (ix) the applicable canons of professional ethics, all of the foregoing as from time to time amended.

Applicable Rules and Regulations means (i) the Bylaws of the LAUSOM, (ii) the Medical Staff Bylaws of LAUMC-RH and the Operated Health Facilities, (iii) all other policies and procedures of LAUMC-RH and the Operated Health Facilities and the University, (iv) the decisions of the MPP Committee, (v) the applicable Lebanese laws; and (vi) the applicable canons of professional ethics and the Physicians Order in Beirut, all of the foregoing as from time to time amended.
