Security and Equipment. The employee is required to abide by the same information security policies and procedures regardless of where they are conducting Commonwealth business. Data accessed using privately owned equipment may only be stored on Commonwealth furnished equipment. Commonwealth equipment includes memory stick and mobile hard disk (using Commonwealth data encryption standards), DVD, CD, or floppy disk. The employee is responsible for the security of all official data, and protection of any Commonwealth-furnished equipment and property, in carrying out duties at their home worksite. Commonwealth-furnished equipment must only be used for official duties, and may not be used by non-Commonwealth employees. The agency shall be responsible for obtaining software licenses that are used on privately owned equipment for official business. When privately owned equipment is no longer used it is the responsibility of the teleworker to remove and return all government-owned software to the agency software manager. Commonwealth-furnished software is subject to copyright laws and shall not be copied onto other systems that are not authorized. The agency is responsible for the maintenance of all Commonwealth-furnished equipment. The employee may be required to bring such equipment into the office for periodic maintenance. The employee must return all Commonwealth-furnished equipment and material to the agency when employment terminates or at the agency’s request.

The employee must return all Government-furnished equipment and materials to the organization at the conclusion of teleworking arrangements or at the Organization’s request.
Security and Equipment. Each COOP team member is issued a Server Based Computing (SBC) token. SBC tokens can be used at any computer terminal with Internet capability to access the Agency’s network. The token provides COOP team members with the flexibility to work remotely during COOP activation or other emergency situation. Employees are responsible for all activity performed while using a token. Employees must use the same precautions and security measures for their tokens as they use for other security items, including their identification badge, login ID, and password. Each token is assigned to a specific network user, and token activity is tracked and monitored in combination with the user login identification. Employees must adhere to the following guidelines to protect and prevent misuse of their token: ▪ Always know the location of the token; when not in use, secure it in a safe place to avoid theft. ▪ If the token is stolen, misplaced, or damaged, or in the event of any change to a COOP team member’s employment status, he/she must immediately notify the Critical Response Team. Failure to comply with the above guidelines could place the USAID network at risk and constitutes a security violation. Any questions should be directed to the M/IRM support member assigned to the Critical Response Team.
Security and Equipment. You accept that at all times Council property under your care must be safeguarded against any loss. You will ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to protect it. You accept that it is your responsibility to return all Council equipment issued to you for use during the volunteer work you perform at the conclusion of the volunteer assignment. A failure to return any such equipment or property, or a failure to reasonably maintain it, may result in you being liable for its repair or replacement. Resolution of problems Any problems can be raised with the Graffiti Programme Volunteer Coordinator. Previous arrangements This agreement replaces all previous agreements whether express or implied. I have read and understood the volunteer agreement. I accept the volunteer agreement, all relevant Christchurch City Council policies and procedures and other volunteer documentation.
