Your Username and Password. You understand and agree that your Username and Password, in conjunction with any other security procedures, are exclusively for your use to authenticate you to us when using Online Banking. You agree that we may rely on your Username and Password to identify you when you use Online Banking, and to consider it as the equivalent of your signature authorization for any Online Transactions you initiate through Online Banking. You may change your Password at any time, and we strongly encourage you to do so from time to time. When doing so, you agree that you will not use combinations that are easily guessed (such as your birth date, phone number, or social security number) and to otherwise comply with Section 8 of this Agreement. You also agree to follow any requirements that we may have for your Username and Password (for example, if we have a minimum number of characters, require that a particular letter character be capitalized, or require one of the characters to be a number). We will inform you of any such requirements when changing your Password within Online Banking. Except as is more fully discussed elsewhere in this Agreement and your Account Agreements, you understand and agree that you are responsible for all transfers and payments made through Online Banking. You agree not to give your Password, or make it available, to any other person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that if you nonetheless permit another party to use your Username and Password to access Online Banking, or otherwise authorize them to use Online Banking, you are responsible for any and all Online Transactions that such party makes from your Account, even if it exceeds your authorization. You understand and agree that we may follow and comply with any Transfer Instructions entered using your Username and Password.

Your Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password and are responsible for all activities that occur under Your username. You agree that Your username and password may be used only by You. You agree to immediately notify Corel of any unauthorized use of Your username or password or any other breach of security. Corel will not be liable for any loss or damage that arises as a result of Your failure to comply with this Section.
Your Username and Password. To enable you to use the UNIS Solution, UNIS will supply you with certain information, such as one or more user IDs and passwords, as well as the capacity to create user IDs and passwords (the "Access Information"). Your Username and Password. A. Upon registration, you will receive or be given the opportunity to create a username, password, and account identification number. Only authorized users, as allowed under the applicable Service plan (“Authorized Users”), may access the Mi2 account, and all use of the Service by Authorized Users must comply with this Services Agreement. Authorized Users must use the password only to access and use the Service for which they have paid and not for any other purpose. Any breach of this Services Agreement and any use of any Service by anyone to whom you disclose your username and/or password, save for the Authorized Users, will be treated as if the breach or use had been carried out by you, and will not relieve you of your obligations under this Services Agreement. Any such use will be paid for by you as set out in this Services Agreement.
Your Username and Password. PERSONAL Purpose Accounts: Consumer customers can create their own unique username and password, subject to minimum configuration requirements. Upon successful validation, access to the Digital Banking Solution is granted. If validation is unsuccessful your request for access will be reviewed and you will be contacted by us to resolve the issue and be granted access if possible. BUSINESS Purpose Accounts: Business customers will complete an online registration form to request access. Following our review and approval of your enrollment request, you will be given a temporary username and an initial password that will give you access to your accounts enrolled in the Digital Banking Solution. The first time that you sign on using the username and the initial password provided by us you will be required to change your username and password. At any time that you choose, you may change your password by following the instructions provided by the Service. We recommend that you change your password frequently. For security purposes, it is also recommended that you memorize your username and your password. Do not write them down or share them with others. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR USERNAME, PASSWORD, ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND OTHER ACCOUNT INFORMATION CONFIDENTIAL.

Your Username and Password. As part of the registration process, you shall select a Username. You may not (i) select or use a Username of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a Username in which another person has rights without such person's authorization; or (iii) use a Username that Provider, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your User Account. During the registration process, Provider will either ask You to create a password or will assign You a random password, which You can change at any time by logging onto the "Account" portion of the Product. Alternatively, You may have the option of using alternate social network login credentials or similar login processes or co-registration forms from or on other third-party Web sites that You are a member of to create an account and to authenticate Your access to the Product. Because any activities that occur under Your User Account or using Your password are Your responsibility, it is important for You to keep Your User Account and password secure. Notify Provider immediately if You believe that someone has used Your registration or password without Your authorization.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Client identification 9.1. The Company has the right to require the Client to confirm his/her registration information specified when opening a trading account. To do so, the Company may ask the Client at its own discretion and at any time to provide a notarized electronic copy of his/her identification document, bank statement or public utilities bill as a proof of residence. In particular cases, the Company may ask the Client to provide a photo of him/her holding his/her ID near his/her face. The detailed client identification requirements are set out in the “AML policies” section on the Company’s official site.

  • End User This agreement shall bind the ordering activity as end user but shall not operate to bind a Government employee or person acting on behalf of the Government in his or her personal capacity.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.
