Alternative Worksite definition

Alternative Worksite means the employee’s home, place of residence or from another location approved by the City of San Carlos (“City”) other than the employee’s normal workplace at a City worksite or facility.

  • The Employer reserves the right to inspect the Alternative Worksite during an employee's regularly scheduled tour of duty or at another agreed upon time to ensure proper maintenance of government-owned property and conformance with safety standards.

For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
