Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect or illegible images to us or if Mobile Deposit is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise improper or unusable images to us. In addition you agree that you will not modify, change, alter, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the technology or Service, copy or reproduce all or any part of the technology or Service, or interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the technology or Service. The Bank and its technology partners, inclusive of, but not limited to, Q2 and ProfitStars, retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Services, Software and Development made available to you.
Your Responsibility. You agree that You will obtain all necessary rights, permissions and consents associated with: (a) technology or data (including personal data) that You provide to Dell; and (b) non-Dell software or other components that You direct or request that Dell use with, install, or integrate with the APEX Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing data that will be provided by You to or accessed by Dell (to the extent you maintain control over any such data accessed by Dell) in the provision of the APEX Service to ensure that it does not contain: (i) data that is classified, ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) related data, or both; or (ii) articles, services, and related technical data designated as defense articles and defense services.
Your Responsibility. We are not responsible for any other type of direct loss that you may suffer or any other type of loss, damage, delay or inconvenience that you might suffer or incur in any of the following situations: (i) you fail to notify us that you suspect or aware that there has been misuse or unauthorized use of your Password or Personal Verification Questions; (ii) you provide us with inaccurate, incomplete, inadequate or erroneous information or data in connection with the Services (including as part of a request to process a Transaction); (iii) you are unable to access the Services for any reason (including as a result of a failure, error or malfunction even if caused by our negligence) or you experience a delay in using the Services; (iv) we do not receive your Instructions or we decline to act on your Instructions or we do not complete any Transaction; (v) we suspend or terminate your access to any of the Services; (vi) you fail to fulfill any of your other obligations under this Agreement or you fail to comply with any instructions that we provide to you; (vii) you engage in any fraud or dishonest or criminal acts in your use of the Services; (viii) your access to and use of the Third Party Services or any loss or inconvenience that results from us suspending access to Third Party Services.

Your Responsibility. You’ll be liable for a reletting charge of $ (not to exceed 85% of the highest monthly rent during the Lease term) if you: (A) fail to move in, or fail to give written move-out notice as required in Par. 23 or 36; (B) move out without paying rent in full for the entire Lease term or renewal period; (C) move out at our xx- xxxx because of your default; or (D) are judicially evicted. The reletting charge is not a cancellation fee and does not release you from your obligations under this Lease. See the next section.

Your Responsibility. You must monitor and determine the best sweep option for you under The Program. You may elect not to participate in The Program and instead periodically invest cash balances directly into investment options that may be available outside of The Program to help maximize your return potential consistent with your investment objectives, risk tolerance and liquidity needs. You are responsible for monitoring the total amount of all deposits you have at each Program Bank for purposes of calculating your FDIC insurance coverage. Activity with respect to your funds in The Program, including The Program Banks in which your funds are invested and the interest rate paid to you, will appear on your periodic brokerage account statement. If your total funds on deposit at any individual Program Bank exceed the maximum deposit insurance limit, the FDIC will not insure your funds in excess of the limit.
Your Responsibility. Use of your User Name and Password is the agreed security procedure to access Internet Banking. In order to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and to prevent unauthorized use of Internet Banking, you agree, by using Internet Banking, to keep confidential, and to not give or make available your User Name, Password or other means to access your accounts to any person not authorized to access your accounts. The loss, theft or unauthorized use of your account numbers, User Name and Passwords could cause you to lose some or all of the money in your linked accounts, plus any amount available under your overdraft privilege. If you disclose your account numbers, User Name and/or Password to any person(s) or entity, you assume all risks and losses associated with such disclosure. You are responsible for all transfers you authorize using Internet Banking. If you permit any other person(s) or entity to use Internet Banking or to access or use your account numbers, User Name, Password, or other means to access your accounts, you are responsible for any transactions and activities they authorize from your linked accounts. You agree to immediately notify us by calling 940-759-2257, during normal hours of any unauthorized use of your account numbers, User Name and Password or of any other breach of security, or if you believe someone may attempt to use Internet Banking without your consent or has transferred money without your permission. WE CANNOT ACCEPT NOTIFICATION OF A LOST OR STOLEN USER NAME OR PASSWORD OR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS VIA E-MAIL.

You understand and agree that you are required to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses arising from your use of the Services and/or breach of this Disclosure and Agreement. You understand and agree that this paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement. You understand and agree that you are required to indemnify our technology partners, including but not limited to Intuit, Inc. (Intuit) and Vertifi Software, LLC (Vertifi), and hold harmless Intuit, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents, as well as Vertifi, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any third party claims, suits, proceedings, actions or demands, including to claims of another financial institution, business entity or governmental authority, and all losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses, arising from such claims, to the extent such claim is related to GE Credit Union’s or the member's use of the Services, Vertifi or Intuit Applications, unless such claim directly results from an action or omission made by Intuit or Vertifi in bad faith. You understand and agree that this paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Your Responsibility. Each accountholder will receive a card. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you do, or if you ask us to send a card to someone else, you will be responsible for paying for all charges resulting from their transactions. Purchase Limits. To prevent fraud, we may limit the number or dollar amount of purchases you can make in any particular amount of time. We also may decline any particular charge on your account for any reason. Credit Limit. You will be assigned a credit limit that we may increase or decrease from time to time. If we approve a purchase that makes you go over your credit limit, we do not give up any rights under this Agreement and we do not treat it as an increase in your credit limit.
