Marco will provide Client with a list of all personal computers and servers on which Marco has loaded Remote Access Software (defined below) (“Designated Equipment,” or “Asset Summary”).

More Definitions of Remote Access Software

Remote Access Software which may contain technological measures designed to collect and transmit to JCI’s certain diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including information about the computer, systems, and network related to or derived from the use of the Licensed Software. Authorized Partner acknowledges and agrees that JCI may collect, maintain, process and use this information in the course of performing Services under this Agreement, provided that JCI shall only access, control and gather such information that it believes is necessary to assist in analyzing or resolving a technical issue.
