School Equipment. The Association may make reasonable use of school equipment and supplies at times and under procedures approved by the building administrator. The Association agrees to reimburse the Board for damage to equipment used by it and for any materials consumed.
School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

School Equipment. 8.1 Use of School equipment must be agreed in advance of the Hire Period. 8.2 Responsible adults must supervise the use of any equipment and ensure its safe return. The Hirer shall be liable for any damage, loss or theft of School equipment caused as a result of its actions, and the Hirer shall be responsible for the equipment’s (School’s or otherwise) safe and appropriate use.

When applicable, scheduling of school equipment for use under this Article will be coordinated by the administrator of the building in which such equipment are located. 2. The equipment will be used outside the member workday and the operators will be qualified. 3. The Association shall pay for labor, materials and supplies used and for reasonable repairs necessitated because of Association use.
School Equipment. Use of school equipment will be permitted as long as this does not interfere with the instructional program. It is understood the Association will pay for all supplies in connection with the use of such equipment, and assume full and complete responsibility for the repair and/or replacement of any equipment damaged as a result of such usage.
