School Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.

School Equipment. A. The Board agrees to keep the schools reasonably and properly equipped and maintained at all times. Teachers will be consulted regarding priorities in ordering basic supplies. B. The Association member agrees to reimburse the District for any non-school use of the phones.

School Equipment. The Board will strive to provide separate desks for teachers within the availability of funds and space.

School Equipment. The Union shall have the right to use school equipment at reasonable times on school premises when such equipment is not needed for District purposes. The Union shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use. Central office computer equipment is excluded from this provision.

School Equipment a. Unless the use of such equipment has already been booked, a Principal / Vice Principal shall not unreasonably deny the use of school chairs and/or audio- visual equipment where the equipment has been requested for Surrey Teachers’ Association meetings or Surrey Teachers’ Association sponsored in-service. The Surrey Teachers’ Association will reimburse the Board for any transportation or other costs incurred by the Board as a result of the Surrey Teachers’ Association’s use of such equipment, but such use will otherwise be without cost to the Surrey Teachers’ Association. b. STARA representatives may utilize school photocopiers for Surrey Teachers’ Association business when the photocopiers are not required for school use. The Surrey Teachers’ Association will be billed for this service, at cost.

School Equipment. 8.1 Use of School equipment must be agreed in advance of the Hire Period. 8.2 Responsible adults must supervise the use of any equipment and ensure its safe return. The Hirer shall be liable for any damage, loss or theft of School equipment caused as a result of its actions, and the Hirer shall be responsible for the equipment’s (School’s or otherwise) safe and appropriate use.

School Equipment. 1. The Association may use school equipment, including email, district computers, google docs, copy machines, calculators, and all types of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times when the same are not otherwise in use in accordance with the District’s Technology Acceptable Use Policy. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use, and for any repairs necessitated as a result thereof. When applicable, scheduling of school equipment for use under this Article will be coordinated by the administrator of the building in which such equipment are located. 2. The equipment will be used outside the member workday and the operators will be qualified. 3. The Association shall pay for labor, materials and supplies used and for reasonable repairs necessitated because of Association use.

School Equipment. Use of school equipment will be permitted as long as this does not interfere with the instructional program. It is understood the Association will pay for all supplies in connection with the use of such equipment, and assume full and complete responsibility for the repair and/or replacement of any equipment damaged as a result of such usage.

School Equipment. The use of school equipment including all forms of technology now being used shall be allowed at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
