Sensitive Security Information definition

Sensitive Security Information means security procedures, criminal intelligence information pertaining to terrorist-related activity, or threat or vulnerability assessments created, collected, or obtained in the prevention of terrorist-related activity, including but not limited to physical security information or critical infrastructure information, proprietary information, operational plans, and the analysis of such information, or internal security information.
Sensitive Security Information has the definition and requirements set forth in the Transportation Security Administrative Rules & Regulations, 49 CFR 1520, (49 U.S.C. §114) and in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation Rules & Regulations, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇, (▇▇ ▇.▇.▇. §▇▇▇▇▇).
Sensitive Security Information has the definition and requirements set forth in the United States Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administrative Rules & Regulations, 49 CFR 1520, (49 U.S.C. §114) and in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation Rules & Regulations, 49 CFR 15, (49 U.S.C. §40119).
