Service Provider will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate technical, organisational, administrative and physical measures designed to protect the security (including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to the Customer’s Data), confidentiality and integrity of the Customer’s Data in accordance with the Security Measures, throughout the Service Order Term.
The Security Measures shall be reviewed and updated periodically to address new technologies, changes in industry-standard practices and security threats, provided that any such update does not materially reduce the overall level of security and shall be reviewed and updated to comply with any requirements of Applicable Law, from time to time.
