Refund and Cancellation. 3.1 No refund will be paid by 100jobstodo to the Client in relation to a gift voucher or any other circumstance reasonably considered by 100jobstodo so as not to warrant a refund as the circumstances could otherwise permit or allow.
Refund and Cancellation. No refund to the Residence Meal Plan will be given unless a student officially withdraws from Sault College. In the case of an official withdrawal, a refund will be given on any unused balance of the meal plan once the minimum per semester costs have been considered. An administrative fee of $70 applies to all refunds. NON-TAXABLE AMOUNTS The Chartwells portion of the Residence Meal Plan, further to Canada Revenue Agency rules, is a non-taxable plan for prepared meals and it is required that a minimum of $1,075 to be consumed under the Chartwells portion of the plan per semester. Any other monies can be transferred to the second semester. All monies must be used by end of the academic school year. Confectionery items, such as, but not limited to chocolate bars, potato chips, etc. are subject to tax based upon the prevailing legislation of the Governments of Canada and Ontario. HOLIDAYS, BREAK SCHEDULE and COLLEGE CLOSURES Food services on campus will be closed from Dec 22, 2018 through Jan 2, 2019 during the College’s winter closure. Meal Plans will not be usable during the Colleges closure. Meal Plan holders are responsible for making alternate arrangements for meals during this time if remaining in residence during Colleges closures. Hours of operations will be reduced during times where there are no scheduled academic classes: Jan 3, 2019 to Jan 7, 2019, Holiday weekends: Thanksgiving (Oct 6, 2018 to Oct 8, 2018), Family Day (Feb 16, 2019 to Feb 18, 2019), Spring Break (Mar 8, 2019 to Mar 20, 2019), and Easter (Apr 21, 2019 to Apr 23, 2019). Please see Appendix D for Hours of Operations including holidays, breaks, and college closures. Hours are subject to change. Neither Sault College nor any of its contractors are liable for non-performance of its obligations under this agreement where such non-performance is due to strike, fire, explosion, war, act of God, vandalism, or any other causes beyond the control of Sault College or its contractors. Sault College, Chartwells and SCSU will make every effort to inform students of all planned closures or reduced operations. The college reserves the right to amend any part of this agreement upon written notice to the student.
Refund and Cancellation. 4.2.3.1 If the Customer terminates this Master Subscription Agreement in accordance with clause 7, already paid Subscription Fees will not be refunded.
Refund and Cancellation. The Purchaser acknowledges that this Agreement provides for the sale, by the Company, of the Tokens. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to any refund of some or all of the Purchase Price under any circumstances whatsoever.

If the Customer terminates this Master Subscription Agreement in accordance with clause 10, already paid Subscription Fees will not be refunded and already due Subscription Fees must be paid except for the first 30 days in accordance with the return policy in the general terms and conditions. Ongoing subscriptions cannot be canceled and the Customer may only terminate this Master Subscription Agreement in accordance with clause 10 and by this way stopping future renewal.

Your ticket remains the property of The IBPA Conference Society and is a personal revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and access to the Online Event may be refused at any time upon a refund of the printed registration price. If you are eligible under applicable law to avail of a right to cancel your purchase of a ticket within 14 days without giving any reason and to receive a reimbursement of payments, you need to notify us in writing of your decision to cancel your Online Event ticket within 14 days of the day the contract for distance selling was concluded. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment was received (for example, a credit card payment will refund to the same credit card account number). However, you acknowledge that when you purchased a ticket to the Online Event you agreed to the immediate download of digital content and that if you access the Online Event, the Services or any digital content you lose your right to withdraw. All purchases of Online Event tickets are non-refundable in their entirety. Our free and subsidized ticket promotions sometimes include a processing fee. This processing fee is non-refundable in its entirety. If an individual purchases a general Attendee ticket before purchasing a start-up ticket, we will not grant a full refund when the general Attendee ticket price has increased beyond the start-up ticket price. No re-selling Tickets purchased are for your own personal use and may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. This includes subsidized tickets. Re-selling or otherwise transferring your ticket, not in accordance with the Terms, will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain access to the Online Event. Where there has been resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), The IBPA Conference Society reserves the right to cancel the relevant tickets with immediate effect. The IBPA Conference Society reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket reselling or ticket broker. Age Limitation You must be 18 years of age to use the Services. Minors may only use the Services under the supervision of an adult.

Refund and Cancellation. CSA is a season-long commitment and relationship between the xxxxxx and member. When you sign up, your payment is immediately invested in our farm through the purchase of seeds, soil amendments (compost), tools, etc. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds if you choose to cancel your membership. If you choose to cancel, please contact us. Sharing in the Risks and Rewards Growing vegetables successfully requires the right environmental conditions. A major factor influencing these conditions are the seasonal weather patterns. If we experience poor weather and/or pest pressure, our crops may suffer, and we may not have a large offering for a period of time. On the other hand, when we experience good weather and limited pest pressure, we may have an abundance of produce to share. Thus, you can expect limited items in times of erratic weather, and a surplus of items in times good weather. CSA members understand and share in such risks and rewards. Share Pick Up You can pick up your share at our farm on Thursdays between 4:30-6:00 PM. Upon arrival, please drive down to the barn at the end of the driveway. Shares will be packed in crates labeled with each member’s name. Upon arrival, you will transfer your share from the crate to your own bag or container. Fenton Delivery -to be determined. If you are not able to come to the farm, we will be making a delivery to Fenton and are researching a location for a central drop off/pick up location. Refund and Cancellation. ISL provides no signed receipts since all transactions are performed via the Internet. A digital invoice will be ready to download after the payment , by logging into Your account. It is Your responsibility to ensure this information remains current. No refunds are issued under any circumstances for any subscription term unless a separate refund policy is provided for by ISL during Your activation of paid Services. Canceling Your account (and recurring charges, if any) is Your sole responsibility. Cancellation of Your access to and use of paid Services can be performed by logging into Your account.
