Revocable License. (a) Mortgagee hereby grants to Mortgagor a revocable license (the "License"), nonexclusive with the rights of Mortgagee reserved in Sections 3.02(b), 3.04 and 3.05 hereof, to exercise and enjoy all incidences of the status of a lessor under the Leases and the Rents, including, without limitation, the right to collect, demand, xxx for, attach, levy, recover and receive the Rents and to give proper receipts, releases and acquittances therefor. Mortgagor hereby agrees to receive all Rents and hold the same as a trust fund to be applied, and to apply the Rents so collected, except to the extent otherwise provided in the Indenture, first to the payment, performance and discharge of the Senior Secured Note Obligations and then to the payment of the Impositions. Thereafter, Mortgagor may use the balance of the Rents collected in any manner not inconsistent with the Senior Secured Note Documents.

Revocable License. Trustor hereby agrees to receive all Rents and hold the same as a trust fund to be applied, and to apply the Rents so collected, except to the extent otherwise provided in the Credit Agreement, first to the payment, performance and discharge of the Obligations and then to the payment of the Impositions. The Service, Leased Equipment and Purchased Equipment, including but not limited to any firmware or software embedded in the Leased or the Purchased Equipment or used to provide the Service, are protected by trademark, copyright, patent and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in the Leased Equipment or the Purchased Equipment or used to provide the Service. You shall not take any action nor allow anyone else to take any action that will reverse compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software.
Revocable License. Sacramento Republic FC owns and controls all rights to Season Tickets and seat locations for Sacramento Republic FC home games the Stadium. A purchaser of the Season Ticket(s) acquires a limited license, in the form of the Season Ticket(s), to use the seat location at the Stadium designated by the Season Ticket(s) for viewing such home games. Sacramento Republic FC, in its sole and absolute discretion, may revoke such license at any time for any reason, with or without providing a refund. This license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to Season Tickets as established from time to time by Sacramento Republic FC, the owner of the Stadium, and the USL. Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement or other applicable ticket policies shall entitle Sacramento Republic FC to exercise all available legal rights and remedies, including, but not limited to, revocation or cancellation of the license evidenced by your Season Ticket(s). PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION The Season Ticket Member understands that by clicking “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions, such Season Ticket Member expressly is authorizing Sacramento Republic FC to bill the Season Ticket Member for the applicable Season Ticket purchase price and associated amounts in accordance with the payment terms that the Season Ticket Member selects. For all Season Ticket payments, this payment authorization shall remain in effect for so long as the Season Ticket(s) remains in effect. All deposits and/or payments made are non-refundable. The Season Ticket Member hereby represents and warrants that the Season Ticket Member has the authority to approve charges in accordance with the listed payment information for the purpose of paying the Season Ticket purchase price and associated amounts. The Season Ticket Member understands and agrees that Sacramento Republic FC is not liable in any way for erroneous billing statements or incorrect charges, and that in the event of such a billing error, Sacramento Republic FC’s only responsibility is to correct it after it receives written notice of the error. The Season Ticket Member understands that it is solely the Season Ticket Member’s responsibility to ensure the Season Ticket Member’s payment information is current and to notify Sacramento Republic FC in writing of any new or updated information, and that the Season Ticket Member’s failure to do so within the specified time frame may result in a loss of Season Ticket ...

The Services and Polar Equipment, including but not limited to any firmware or software embedded in the Polar Equipment or used to provide the Services, are protected by trademark, copyright, patent and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in the Polar Equipment or used to provide the Services. You expressly agree that you will use the Polar Equipment exclusively in connection with the Services. You shall not take any action nor allow anyone else to take any action that will reverse compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software.
Revocable License. The Service and Bloom Equipment, including, but not limited to, any firmware or software embedded in the Bloom Equipment or used to provide the Service, are protected by trademark, copyright, patent and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in the Bloom Equipment or used to provide the Service. You expressly agree that you will use the Bloom Equipment exclusively in connection with the Service. You shall not take any action nor allow anyone else to take any action that will reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software.
Revocable License. This License may be revoked by the TOWN at any time after providing LICENSEE with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice, and a statement of reasons for revocation.
Revocable License. Each Ticket purchased as part of your Season Ticket Plan constitutes a revocable license. As a revocable license, each Ticket may be revoked at any time (including before or after the Flyers actually deliver the Ticket) for any reason (including, without limitation, Preemption as defined in Section 4A) by the Flyers, and, upon such revocation, the Flyers shall refund or credit the holder of the Ticket in the amount of the stated face value of the Ticket, less the portion of any discount allocable to that Ticket as a result of the Ticket having been purchased as part of a Season Ticket Plan. Your sole remedy in connection with the revocation of a Ticket shall be the aforementioned refund or credit and, other than the aforementioned refund or credit, the Flyers shall have no liability in connection therewith. The Flyers’ right to revoke described in this section is in addition to the Flyers’ right to terminate any Ticket or Season Ticket Plan set forth in Section 7. Use of any Tickets and attendance at any Game are also governed by (i) the terms and conditions set forth on the Ticket itself (the “Ticket Policies”), (ii) the Xxxxx Fargo Center policies, including security, alcohol and appropriate conduct policies (the “Xxxxx Fargo Center Policies”) and (iii) applicable law.
